These terms apply to the use of www.tran-sights.com and www.tran-sights.net and to training programmes provided by Transights for Training and Consultancy ("Transights"). By using our website or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking Policy
- Bookings cannot be confirmed until payment and a completed application form are received. Fees paid are non-refundable (refer to the transfer/cancellation policy below).
- Course fees include instruction materials, notepads, pens/pencils, exams, certificates, and coffee and lunch breaks during the course (if the course is held at Transights premises). Instructor, accommodation, transportation and refreshments are not included in the course fees for training abroad.
- If a delegate requests that Transights invoice his/her organization, the invoice request must be signed by a manager who is authorized to release payment on behalf of the organization.
- Trainees who have attended one or more of our training programmes receive a Loyalty Membership ID, which enables them to register in further courses at discounted rates. This ID is valid for 12 months only from its issuing date and can be extended as the trainee attends further training.
- As soon as course certificates are issued, they are available at Transights premises, and delegates can collect them at any time free of charge. For trainees who reside outside the training venue, Transights can send the certificate to their preferred address, but delivery fees will be charged to the trainee.
2. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to Transights.
- 14 or more working days* before the start date: 100% of the course fees will be refunded.
- 8 to 14 working days* before the start date: 50% of the course fees will be refunded.
- 7 working days* or less before the start of the course: no refund.
(*) Please note that working days in Egypt are Sunday to Thursday.
3. Amendment Policy
- Transights reserves the right to change the published prices of any course programmes or materials, or any course contents, without prior notice.
- Transights reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course at any time without liability. In this case, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fees.
- Transights reserves the right to change the venue or the course facilitator at any time if needed.
4. Attendance and certificates
Certificates of attendance require a minimum attendance of 75%. Professional certifications are awarded by the relevant awarding body based on its own exam and rules; Transights does not guarantee exam results.
5. Course materials and intellectual property
Course materials, recordings and e-learning content are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, share, record or resell them without written permission.
6. E-learning accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
7. Conduct
We expect respectful behaviour in classrooms and online sessions and may remove a participant whose conduct disrupts others, without refund.
8. Liability
We take care to keep our content accurate but provide the website "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a programme is limited to the fees you paid to us for that programme.
9. Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.
