Transights for Training and Consultancy ("Transights", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.tran-sights.com, our e-learning platform at www.tran-sights.net and our training services, how we use it, and the rights you have. We process personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and other applicable laws.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

  • Contact and enquiry details you submit through our forms, WhatsApp, Messenger, email or phone: name, email, phone number, company, job title and your message.
  • Enrolment details: programme selected, education and work experience needed to confirm eligibility, and billing information.
  • Certification details needed to register you with awarding bodies, such as your name as it should appear on certificates and your membership or candidate IDs.
  • Learning records on our e-learning platform: login details, course progress, attendance and assessment results.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: name and email.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookie identifiers (see section 7).

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and send proposals you request.
  • To enrol you, deliver training, issue certificates and provide learner support.
  • To register you with certification and awarding bodies.
  • To invoice and receive payment.
  • To send our newsletter and information about upcoming programmes, where you have agreed or where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website and services and keep them secure.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when needed with:

  • Certification and awarding bodies we partner with (for example CIPS, ISCEA, VCARE, AMCI, IASSC or PMI) to register you for exams and certificates.
  • Service providers who host or run our systems on our behalf, such as website, forms, CRM, email and analytics providers (for example Zoho and Google), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Your employer, where your employer arranged or paid for your training, limited to attendance and results.
  • Authorities where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some partners and service providers are located outside Egypt. Where we transfer data abroad, we do so in line with applicable law and take reasonable steps to protect it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, and learner and certification records for up to 5 years after course completion so we can verify certificates. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise it.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for the website to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, update or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to direct marketing. Contact info@tran-sights.com. We will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No online system is completely secure, so please contact us if you believe your data is at risk.

10. Children

Our services are intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
