CSCL
Certified Supply Chain Leader (CSCL)
Why supply chain leadership matters
Inventory, sourcing, production, warehousing and transport are usually run by different teams with different targets. A supply chain leader connects them, so that a decision in one function is weighed against its effect on the others, on customers, and on the years ahead rather than only the current quarter.
Without that view, each function optimises for itself: stock builds up in one place while another runs short, risk and sustainability stay on paper, and digital projects start without a clear purpose. CSCL gives executives, managers and newcomers to the field one end-to-end framework with an ethical lens, and a VCARE Academy certificate and digital badge valid for three years.
