Why now

The bottleneck has moved from analysis to decision.

AI and analytics now produce forecasts, scenarios and recommendations in seconds. What decides results is whether people can judge that output, weigh trade-offs no model owns (cost vs. service, sustainability vs. supplier trust), and stay accountable.

Decision to Impact trains exactly this: human judgment working with AI. People remember what they decided far longer than what they heard.

The journey

From the first conversation to change at work.

Every Decision to Impact programme follows the same journey. The format decides how deep each stop goes.

  1. 01
    Before

    Diagnose and tailor

We agree the objectives with HR, L&D and supply chain leaders, then choose the industry, focus path, format, language and venue.

Optional: benchmark the team first with the free Supply Chain Health Check.

  2. 02
    On the day

    Decision science warm-up

Trade-off thinking, the cognitive biases that cost supply chains money, and deciding with incomplete information.

  3. 03

    Company and KPI briefing

Each team takes the Chief Supply Chain Officer seat of its own company and learns the five KPIs it will be judged on.

  4. 04

    Six crisis rounds

About 20 minutes each: supplier failure, demand shock, tariffs, logistics disruption.

  5. 05

    Debrief after every round

The facilitator links each decision to real practice, and teams compare their results.

  6. 06

    AI Reflection

Each team uses guided AI prompts on its own decision data to find patterns, biases and better strategies.

  7. 07
    After

    Transfer, results and certificates

Teams agree what they will do differently at work. HR receives results per team and per KPI; participants receive their certificates.

The scoreboard

Every decision moves five KPIs at once.

There is no perfect answer. Protect the budget and service may slip; push service and inventory or sustainability may pay for it. Teams see the trade-off immediately.
