CLTD
Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD)
Why logistics, transportation and distribution matter
Logistics is where supply chain plans meet physical reality. When warehousing, transport, order management and customs work to one strategy, customers receive what they ordered when it was promised, inventory sits where it is needed, and the cost of each shipment and each return is understood and controlled.
When they do not, the result is part-empty vehicles, congested warehouses, shipments held at the border, returns nobody planned for, and service promises that logistics cannot keep. CLTD gives transport, warehousing and distribution professionals a complete body of knowledge, from strategy and network design to global logistics and risk, assessed through the ASCM CLTD exam.
