CSCP

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

A certified supply chain professional (CSCP) manages the supply chain end to end, from demand and sourcing through operations and logistics to customer and supplier relationships, risk and sustainability. This ASCM exam preparation programme covers eight modules in 56 hours over 14 sessions, in class in Cairo, live online, or in-house for your team.
Prepares participants for the ASCM CSCP credential. It covers the end-to-end supply chain: demand and forecasting, global networks, sourcing, operations and inventory, logistics, relationships, risk, sustainability and technology.

Why end-to-end supply chain management matters

A supply chain is only as strong as the hand-offs between its links. When one professional can see the whole flow, from the demand signal and the supplier contract to the warehouse, the carrier and the returned product, the organisation can design its network deliberately, share data with partners and judge each trade-off on its full cost.

Without that view, problems travel along the chain: sourcing decisions ignore demand, logistics absorbs the cost of weak planning, and risks surface only when a partner fails. CSCP gives supply chain, logistics and procurement professionals one global framework for the whole chain, assessed through the ASCM CSCP exam.
